Gonanza offers vintage and collectible items. All items are sold as-is. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos for every item. Some images may be sourced from third parties. Please read all descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before making a purchase.

3. Cross-Listed Inventory

Some items may also be available on other platforms, including Etsy. In the rare case of simultaneous purchases, we will honor the first order received and cancel the duplicate with a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods through Shopify’s checkout.

5. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please ensure you’re confident in your purchase before completing checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are typically processed within  3–5 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, or damages caused during transit.

7. Intellectual Property

While some product images may not be original, all written content, branding, and store design belong to Gonanza. Reuse or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes agreement to the current terms.
